Registered Manager

Looking for a manager who is passionate about care standards, able to run all aspects of the business and able to build good working relationships within the local community.

This is an opportunity for a successful candidate to take responsibility for all aspects of managing the service, providing leadership to all staff. 

You will undertake regular performance reviews and appraisals to, identify training needs and development. Participate in the selection and induction of new staff to ensure that they are aware of their duties and policies. Develop areas where volunteers are able to contribute to work with the service.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Management experience
  • Preferable NVQ Level 5
  • Knowledge of care and safety Standards
  • Liaising with external bodies
  • Organisation of rotas, finances and report writing
  • Maintain effective budgetary management and control and achieve profitability
  • Responsible for the supervision, appraisal, training and development of staff within the service assigned to you
  • Management of sales and marketing strategies to achieve maximum occupancy and bed rates
