OptimumCare4U provides specialist community supported living for autistic adults with complex behavioural presentations — including those who have been in inpatient settings for 12 months or more and for whom no standard provider has been able to offer a suitable placement.
We do not attempt to fit autistic individuals into existing properties or shared accommodation. We source and adapt the physical environment to the person’s sensory needs, communication style, and risk profile — then staff the placement individually.
We build the placement around the person — not the other way around. Before any move, we carry out a thorough environmental needs assessment and adapt the property to meet sensory, communication, and safety requirements. We introduce the individual to the property and the community gradually, at their pace.
