OptimumCare4U is a CQC-registered specialist supported living and community healthcare provider based in Crawley, West Sussex, serving Greater London and the South East. We work with NHS Integrated Care Boards, Section 117 aftercare teams, Continuing Healthcare commissioners, and the North London Forensic Collaborative to provide bespoke community placements for individuals whose needs have exceeded standard provider capacity.
We are experienced in accepting referrals that other providers have declined — including individuals with forensic histories, MAPPA restrictions, complex dual diagnoses, victim exclusion zones, and extended inpatient stays.
We do not operate a vacancy-filling model. Every placement is individually designed around the person — their clinical needs, their risk profile, their licence conditions, and their community of origin. We source accommodation to meet those requirements, including geographic exclusion zones, and we individually cost every package with full cost transparency.
Our response commitment: we will acknowledge every referral enquiry within 4 business hours. For urgent forensic step-down cases, we provide an initial placement assessment within 24 hours.
