OptimumCare4U provides specialist community supported living for adults with a learning disability who also have a forensic history. This population is frequently hard to place because LD providers cite forensic risk while forensic providers are not equipped for LD communication and support needs. We are registered by the CQC for both Learning Disabilities and Mental Health — and our bespoke model bridges both.including individuals on Section 37/41 restrictions, Community Treatment Orders (CTOs), and MAPPA Levels 1–3. We are experienced in sourcing accommodation that meets licence conditions and victim safety exclusion zones, and in managing complex risk in community settings.
We use the PACE therapeutic model, adapted for adults with learning disabilities and forensic presentations. We train our staff in LD communication approaches alongside forensic risk management. Every placement is individually staffed and individually costed.
