We provide care within a broad spectrum environment including clients own homes, where a tailored package of care for individuals with a wide range of complex healthcare needs such as mental health needs, learning disabilities, degenerative and neurological conditions, spinal injuries and brain injuries, is required.

Our specialist nurses and care staff are experienced in provision of care and support such as one-to-one care, managing challenging behaviours. We provide airway support including oxygen, suctioning, ventilation care and tracheostomy care.

Our services also extend as required to gastrostomy care, tissue viability and complex wound care, supra pubic and urethral catheters, and colostomy care.

Other services provided include, Epilepsy support, the administration of medication oral, subcutaneous, muscular and transdermal medications.

Optimumcare4u can provide a range of support and services from short- and long-term placements in addition to emergency cover from live in carers and or nurses to 24- hour care packages.
